Clifford Cate

Professional Bio

Mr. Cate is engaged in the general practice of law with particular emphasis in the areas of Oil and Gas, Civil Litigation, Property and Eminent Domain. He is a former Assistant United States Attorney and has served United States District Courts in several capacities as a member of the Bar including drafting of Local Rules and implementation of Speedy Trial reform. A member of the Kansas, Oklahoma and Wyoming Bar Associations, he has been admitted to practice by the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the Northern District of Texas and the Western District of Arkansas. He has presented and argued cases before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits as well as the Appellate Division of the United States Court of Claims.
